Create and start using Montane ID
Your Montane ID is the personal account you use to access all Montane services. With a single Montane ID and password you can get support, buy products, manage resources and much more.
Do you already have a Montane ID?
All you need to access all Montane services is a single Montane ID. Before you create a new Montane ID, consider whether it is better to continue using the one you already have. Keep in mind you might not be able to move data or purchases from an old Montane ID to a new one.
Create your Montane ID
To create a Montane ID, go to My Montane ID, and select “Create Montane ID”. You’ll need the following:
- A valid email address, which will become your username.
- A strong password. Strong passwords use a combination of letters, numbers and punctuation.
You can also set up your Montane ID when you buy a product for the first time.
Sign in with your Montane ID
To sign in with your Montane ID:

1. Go to “Your Montane ID”
2. Select “Sign in”. This will send you to the sign in page.
3. Enter your Montane ID and password.
