Revoke your Will
Check what life events revoke your Will.
If certain acts or life events occur, your Will is immediately revoked.

You can partake in life events and acts that revoke your Will, for example:
- you marry
- you divorce (if your former spouse was your executor)
- you create a conflicting later document (eg. another Will)
Your executor’s acts/life events
Your executor can partake in life events and acts that revoke your Will, for example:
- executor’s loss of mental capacity
- executor becomes bankrupt or insolvent
- executor dies
- withdrawal by written notice or with permission from the court.
