Job Summary
Montane is seeking a highly motivated and organised self-starter to provide administrative support to the Estate Law Group – you do not need to live in the city this is posted in to be considered.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously. The candidate must have superior verbal and written communications skills, as the position involves extensive interaction with the Estate Law Group, senior management, and the company as a whole. The candidate will be exposed to sensitive, confidential information requiring considerable professionalism, diplomacy, discretion, and good judgement. The candidate must also be able to solve problems within challenging deadlines, anticipate change and react efficiently and expeditiously. The candidate must have an absolute commitment to excellence and integrity.

- Data entry experience, working on multiple applications and systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven analytical problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and respond to multiple requests
- Must excel under pressure and with changing deadlines
- Experience supporting a medium-sized dynamic team
- Adapt well to change and shifting priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Description
- Payment management, including purchase orders, internet transfers and expense reports
- Assist with records management, organisation, and offsite storage
- Assist with travel, calendering, mail, printing and scanning
- Assist with corporate legal database and file systems.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree and two years professional experience are preferred.
Additional Requirements
Experience working within the legal industry is a plus. A sense of humour and a good attitude are mandatory.
