Job Summary
The Print Advertising Producer within Montane’s Brand Communications group (Brandcom) provides process and creative leadership for the creative development, production and implementation of global print advertising. The Print Advertising Producer is responsible for print advertising materials from inception to distribution. This includes helping the Creative team identify impactful creative executions within integrated campaigns and connecting them with print and outdoor media opportunities. The position works closely with other teams within the Brandcom group and ensures that print executions are coordinated with other parts of the campaign. A successful Producer must be able to simultaneously manage several projects with various timelines and multiple stakeholders.
This is an off-site position and we can consider candidates from cities across Australia – you do not need to live in the city this is posted in to be considered.

Description
- Oversee the development of flawless execution of print advertising for marketing campaigns and for confidential, high-profile product launches
- Prepare estimates and approve billing for pre-press digital prep, printing and retouching
- Maintain all workflow, internal reviews and schedules across multiple stakeholders and departments
- Collaborate with designers and information architects to come up with creative ways to deliver the message
- Maintain relationships with current suppliers, as well as qualifying new vendors
- Ensure schedules are accurate and deadlines are met.
Education
An undergraduate degree in technology, media and communications or marketing is desirable.
